John McCain and George Bush didn't think we were in a recession for quite sometime until recently. But you know the economy is in trouble when famous people don't have any money.

Wyclef Jean's house in Miami, was up for auction on December 12th. The former Fugee has a lien for $75,000 and owes $2.4 million. Better call Lauryn. Unfortunately the property was only valued at $1.4 million from the appraisal.
But Wyclef's not the only one, T-Boz of TLC, is also loosing her house. The state of Georgia is taking her home because she is $534,000 behind in payments. Her house will be auctioned in January 2009.
Apparently its not all Peachy in the ATL because NeNe Leakes, the wife of a real estate mogul , of the horrible Bravo show, "The Real House Wives of Atlanta" was evicted said the Atlanta Journal Constitution. How ironic is it that? NeNe left the property approximately one month after receiving the notice. (You know she live in a good neighborhood any place else would have put her shit out on the curb.)
What this means for you is that you can take your pennies and buy one of those houses. Save up and you can be a balla on a budget.
